Atlantic Crossing, Inc. Privacy Statement

Atlantic Crossing, Inc. (“Atlantic Crossing”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes Atlantic Crossing’s privacy policy for the website on which this Statement is posted (the “Site”) including all online services and functions of the Site.

Registration
You must register on this Site in order to use certain of the Site’s online services and functions. If you only want to browse the Site, registration is optional. During registration, you will be required to provide contact information, consisting of an e-mail address and password. Atlantic Crossing reserves the right to revoke the access rights, or otherwise remove any user for any reason or no reason in the discretion of Atlantic Crossing.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. Atlantic Crossing uses cookies on the Site. Atlantic Crossing uses both “session ID cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Atlantic Crossing uses session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. If you check “remember me on this computer” when logging in to the login-protected sections of the Site, Atlantic Crossing also sets a persistent cookie to store an encrypted string, so you do not have to enter your username and password more than once. Atlantic Crossing also offers you the option to unsubscribe from newsletters by using the unsubscribe function at www.atlanticcrossing.com/newsletters.

Product Information and Offers
The e-mail address information that you provide on the Site may be used to contact you about other product and service offers from Atlantic Crossing and its business partners. Atlantic Crossing may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services from other companies. Atlantic Crossing is not responsible for the privacy or security of any information, personal or otherwise, that you may choose to communicate or exchange using the functionality of the Site. Each item of information or any materials you contribute for such purposes are your “Public Content.” Public Content must be content and information that you have a right to disclose and transfer and must not violate any other person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

Feedback to Atlantic Crossing
Atlantic Crossing has feedback functionality on the Site that allows you to submit comments or suggestions. Atlantic Crossing may collect your name or username and e-mail address in order to follow up with you or thank you for a suggestion. Atlantic Crossing has the right, at its sole discretion and without limitation, to use in any manner, feedback or suggestions for Product or Service improvements.

Anonymous Data
Atlantic Crossing may track the Site to analyze trends, administer the Site, track your actions and use of the Site, record transactions, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. Such analysis is not linked to personally identifiable information. Atlantic Crossing may share aggregated demographic and usage information with its partners and advertisers. Security Technology
When a Site’s registration/order form asks users to enter financial information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted during transmission through the Internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. You should see the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked or open when you are just surfing. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register on this Site or use any functionality for which registration is required.

Business or Asset Transfer or Sale
Atlantic Crossing may be sold, might sell or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or Atlantic Crossing might merge with another business.
